User service as a branding experience.
We present the commercial campaign of Farmacia Masquefa,
where using a sequential graphic strategy based on the corporate symbol of the pharmacy, we designed a one-year communication campaign for different services that will be published monthly.
The different supports have been developed to obtain omnichannel communication, which allows us to provide a branding experience focused on the service to the user and to generate community. The aim is to emphasise knowledge through the name of the campaign, offering professional advice to people.
